Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the website antoinelacour.com, owned and operated by Antoine Lacour, sole proprietor registered with URSSAF as an artist-author.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Products

All items available on this site are original creations designed and produced by Antoine Lacour. Each product is made with care and may show slight variations from photos shown online — these are part of the artwork’s uniqueness.

2. Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€). VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before order confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed directly through the website’s secure payment system. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
The order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Montreuil, France.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier but usually range between 3 to 10 working days within Europe.
Antoine Lacour cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French and European consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of an error or defective product.

6. Liability

All products are created and shipped with great care.
However, Antoine Lacour cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from improper use, handling, or storage of the items.
